Hello! My name is Ethan Platt. I’ve been playing drums and percussion for over a decade and love sharing that passion with students. I earned my Bachelor of Music in Performance from North Greenville University and am currently beginning a Master’s degree in Music Performance. I’ve taught percussion at Travelers Rest High School since 2022 and at NGU since 2025, and previously directed the band at Spartanburg Christian Academy. I believe learning an instrument builds confidence and important life skills, and it’s a joy to help students experience the same positive impact it’s had on my own life.
